This is a diagram that I created in collaboration with Kat Park from SOM when we were working on the Lotte Tower for Seoul, South Korea.  Kat scripted the entire form (including the structural diagrid, plates, and exterior envelope) using over 3000 lines of LISP in AutoCAD.  This process allowed us to change a few variables in the system in order to evaluate a number of these module diagrams.  The final form (a 4x24 modular diagrid) was chosen becuase it was the best combination of vision glass area versus structural integrity and steel costs.
